  4. Reach your hands around the outside of your feet and take hold of your soles from behind, palms facing upwards.
  5. Keep your gaze towards your legs and maintain the length in your spine.
  6. Stay in this pose for a few breaths, feeling the stretch in your hamstrings and the release in your back and shoulders.
  7. To come out of the pose, release your feet, and on an inhale, lift your torso back to a seated position.
