Find a variety of Yoga Classes and multiple styles and One Big Heart. We are open 7 days a week.

Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled Yoga class time in order to get comfy and settle into the right headspace with some quiet time.

Yoga Classes in Camden — 7 Days a Week

One Big Heart offers 29 classes per week across four styles. All classes are suitable for beginners unless otherwise noted. Book via the timetable below.

Class Styles

Hot Yoga

A powerful vinyasa practice in a room heated to 30°C. Builds full-body strength, flexibility and mental resilience. Expect to work hard and leave feeling clear.

Slow Flow

Vinyasa yoga in a non-heated room at a smoother, more deliberate pace. Same strength and flexibility benefits as Hot Yoga — more accessible for beginners or recovery days.

Yin Yoga

A floor-based, meditative practice using long-held passive poses. Targets the connective tissue and nervous system. No strength work — pure release and restoration.

Yin & Guided Meditation

30 minutes of yin yoga followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. The deepest recovery class on the timetable. Leaves most people feeling like they've had a full reset.

Weekly Schedule

Monday to Friday

  • 6:00am — Hot Yoga
  • 9:30am — Yin Yoga or Slow Flow (alternating)
  • 4:30pm — Yin Yoga or Slow Flow (alternating)
  • 6:00pm — Hot Yoga
  • 7:30pm — Yin Yoga or Yin & Guided Meditation (alternating)

Saturday

  • 7:30am — Slow Flow
  • 9:30am — Hot Yoga

Sunday

  • 9:30am — Hot Yoga
  • 4:30pm — Yin Yoga
