One Big Heart offers 29 classes per week across four styles. All classes are suitable for beginners unless otherwise noted. Book via the timetable below.
A powerful vinyasa practice in a room heated to 30°C. Builds full-body strength, flexibility and mental resilience. Expect to work hard and leave feeling clear.
Vinyasa yoga in a non-heated room at a smoother, more deliberate pace. Same strength and flexibility benefits as Hot Yoga — more accessible for beginners or recovery days.
A floor-based, meditative practice using long-held passive poses. Targets the connective tissue and nervous system. No strength work — pure release and restoration.
30 minutes of yin yoga followed by 30 minutes of guided meditation. The deepest recovery class on the timetable. Leaves most people feeling like they've had a full reset.
